$.10 per sq. ft. from 5000 to 9999 sq ft roof area
$.07 per sq. ft. from 10,000 to 19,999 sq ft roof area
$.06 per sq. ft. from 20,000 and up roof area
*Under 5,000 sq ft, minimum charge is $500.
